Do you provide tracking information? - Yes we do.

As soon as we ship your order we will send you your tracking information. Please note that the tracking information will be displayed 2-5 days after you've received that email from us.

Can I cancel my order after I've made a purchase on the website? - You can.

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your order once it has been processed and/or shipped. You have 24 hours to cancel an order as we ship out every day.

How do I return or exchange an item? - Our Guarantee.

All products come with a FREE replacement warranty for 30 days from purchase. If your purchase does not match the description or is the item is defective, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order - we will make sure that all of your issues are resolved.
If you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange to deliver the correct items or return all your payment.

For defective or faulty products, please take photos or videos and email us at support@thelitlamps.com - we will replace or refund your purchase after confirmation.
PLEASE NOTE: This policy does not cover misuse, accidental damage, water damage, or any abuse of the purchased product.

What types of Payment do you accept? - All Standard Payments.

We accept all Payments by the major payment providers, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

What are your shipping options?

Currently we offer three shipping options. Please see our shipping page for more detailed information on shipping rates and times by zone.

What if the item I ordered arrives broken or damaged?

We'll make it up to if you in the case that it does. We take great care in selecting the manufacturers of our curated collections. If you discover a flaw or fault in the item please contact us within the first 30 days of receiving that item and we'll work it out with you. support@thelitlamps.com

Where do you ship from?

Primarily we ship out from fulfillment centers in the Eastern Asia, Europe, and the United States. If the item you've purchased is out of inventory in your nearest location we'll send it directly from our production lines at the same delivery times as stated in our shipping section.

Our products are efficiently packaged by our expert handling team to ensure they arrive in perfect condition regardless how far they go.
