I bought this for relaxation and it exceeded my expectations. The moving galaxy effects are mesmerizing.
They don’t move , blurry , so upsetting. No ocean like it advertised just blurs and a Saturn. Just very misleading as there’s so many companies doing this kind of things to help for sleep well this was the one I figured would be great, I was excited and then very disappointed! Complete Waste of money
It works well. I was expecting an oceanic picture also; but these 3 galaxy pics work.

I ordered a $40 projector that was supposed to resemble ocean scenes and received a static projected image. This was nothing like the advertised product. How do I get a refund?
this is NOT what i ordered or what was shown in your advertisement...fraudulent visual representation....ad showed stars and galaxies MOVING....this is junk...i will send it back and you will refund my $$$....send me a prepaid label with R.A. #.....

You can offer more detail instructions on how the device works. How to connect to WiFi and offer YouTube instructions as well. What I got was a real mess. A small picture. That’s all . Very poor quality. I would like a full refund on this product.

False advertisement, i didn’t receive the motion card slide , you sent 3 slides all of which was of the planet no stars , the other 2 slides were the same just boring. I didn’t want those when you advertised, saw motion of fish moving in the water. Thats what i wanted thats what you advertised. These card slide you sent are boring and not worth $39.99 and the same day i received this on July 29,2026 . was the same day i want to return and receive my refund. What I ordered and paid for (Two Litlamp Holographic Night Light Projectors) and what was sent were two entirely different products. They were nothing alike whatsoever. They didn't even have the same product name, features, or designs . As I am not the first customer to whom Litlamp did this, I would like my money refunded.
This is what came. Not a full motion holographic projector with underwater scenes but a slide projector with no slides

I received the black one today and I was so excited and when I turned it on there was no movement I’m very disappointed and unsatisfied with this product . I want a refund or to be sent the product that actually works. This is not good business.

Litlamp inexplicably and inexcusably sent me the wrong items. I ordered and paid for two 5D Holographic Night Light Projectors as advertised with no inserts required, a smart processor capable animating imagery, but to my shock received two simple USB Starry Night Lights instead, both only capable of projecting still slide imagery. The delivered products in no way or form matched the order submitted July 15th, eleven days ago. Additionally, the original Holographic projectors ordered were intended as birthday gifts but Litlamp's blunder ruined that for me as well. All I am left is the headache of having to have the wrong units returned and replaced or demanding a refund if a replacement is not possible. This was utterly needless.

I am extremely disappointed with my order and believe your product was falsely advertised. The projector I received looks nothing like what was shown in your advertisements. I specifically purchased it because it was advertised as having a realistic, interactive ocean scene. The product I received does not have the advertised ocean scene and is completely different from what was represented. See pictures below. You state it is a compact "USB Galaxy Projector with smart network sync technology” yet I am sent a $1 item I can purchase at Dollar Tree which is a “Starry Night Light” for $43. In addition, my order took nearly three weeks to arrive, which was far longer than expected. Because the product does not match the advertised description, I am requesting a full refund, including the original shipping costs, and I expect you to provide a prepaid return shipping label at your expense. I should not be responsible for paying to return an item that was misrepresented. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will pursue other remedies, including disputing the charge with my credit card company and filing complaints with the appropriate consumer protection agencies for false or misleading advertising. Please respond within 5 business days with instructions for returning the product and confirmation that I will receive a full refund, including prepaid return shipping.

Absolute SCAM! Was sent a different product as per the other reviews. No wifi connectivity No moving pictures Only 3 discs with poor quality space pictures. Got an automated response feom customer service to send back at my own expense… Not confident ill get my money back. Do not make the aame mistake I did - do not purchase from this company
My two nieces, ages seven and six, they love it. I bought it for them because they’re a little afraid to sleep in the dark . since I hooked it up for them, they’re no longer afraid to be in the room alone. So besides being a perfect nightlight, it also teaches them a little bit about the universe.

Unfortunately the information you provide in your initial advertising page does not reflect what your product actually displays. This type of advertising is misleading as it displays that the unit provides a moving display. When I set it up for my granddaughter I was very disappointed as the unit only displayed still pictures. I then went back on to your site and scrolled to the bottom where you show the 3 pictures, however that's not how you advertise it. So it's buyer beware, I will ensure that I will be letting people know of your misleading advertising.

It is effectively a light with 3 scene cards you put in front of the light. No movement, no action. Just projects the scene on whatever. If that's what your looking for, great.
