I did not get what I ordered. I ordered 2 of the Litlamp Solar Cam Pan but I received 2 of the Solar Cameras. I'd like to get what I ordered originally or get a refund.
This was not the model that I ordered. I did get 2 but they are not what I ordered.

I love the spotlight and siren feature. It actually makes me feel like my home is actively protected, not just monitored.
Picture quality is amazing, even at night. I can clearly see everything happening outside my house.
Installation was quick and easy. The 360° coverage really makes a difference. I can see my entire yard without needing multiple cameras.
I’ve tried a few cameras before but this one is on another level. The video is super clear and I love that I don’t have to worry about charging it all the time.
Does this camera support 5G ?
I never received it. Must have got delivered to someone else.

The picture of the camera I bought shows that the solar panel could be mounted on top of the camera. There is no hard it to the camera. It has to be mounted separately and run the wire from the solar panel to the camera. I’m not happy with it.

Bad faith company canceled "2" both orders for multiple pan cams. Gave 2 different reasons and both reasons were BS. Even showed order was shipped and that was another lie. Still to this day shows them on sale and in stock not discontinued. Terrible company.

They canceled my order. I would think you should have plenty of stock on hand before you advertise on Facebook. Seems as though I am not the only customer with the same issue.
I was waiting for the order for two weeks and then you canceled it so that's why you getting only one star.
You could improve by sending the cameras that I ordered. You for some reason canceled my order saying you were short on inventory then for the next week I see them STILL on sale on your website. THAT IS JUST BAD BUSINESS. I will be spreading the news about the incident so people don't get burned by your company. Shame on you.

The night clarity is better than I expected. Even in low light, the video is sharp and clear.
