I bought this for relaxation and it exceeded my expectations. The moving galaxy effects are mesmerizing.
I ordered a $40 projector that was supposed to resemble ocean scenes and received a static projected image. This was nothing like the advertised product. How do I get a refund?
this is NOT what i ordered or what was shown in your advertisement...fraudulent visual representation....ad showed stars and galaxies MOVING....this is junk...i will send it back and you will refund my $$$....send me a prepaid label with R.A. #.....

You can offer more detail instructions on how the device works. How to connect to WiFi and offer YouTube instructions as well. What I got was a real mess. A small picture. That’s all . Very poor quality. I would like a full refund on this product.
See the photo that’s it that’s all it does. The add for it shows all different things but there’s just boring stars No fish no nothing ! I was disappointed if you show all different seems then you should supply them with it.
False advertisement, i didn’t receive the motion card slide , you sent 3 slides all of which was of the planet no stars , the other 2 slides were the same just boring. I didn’t want those when you advertised, saw motion of fish moving in the water. Thats what i wanted thats what you advertised. These card slide you sent are boring and not worth $39.99 and the same day i received this on July 29,2026 . was the same day i want to return and receive my refund. So how do i return and get my refund. Im not a happy customer at all.

What I ordered and paid for (Two Litlamp Holographic Night Light Projectors) and what was sent were two entirely different products. They were nothing alike whatsoever. They didn't even have the same product name, features, or designs . As I am not the first customer to whom Litlamp did this, I would like my money refunded.
This is what came. Not a full motion holographic projector with underwater scenes but a slide projector with no slides

I received the black one today and I was so excited and when I turned it on there was no movement I’m very disappointed and unsatisfied with this product . I want a refund or to be sent the product that actually works. This is not good business.

Litlamp inexplicably and inexcusably sent me the wrong items. I ordered and paid for two 5D Holographic Night Light Projectors as advertised with no inserts required, a smart processor capable animating imagery, but to my shock received two simple USB Starry Night Lights instead, both only capable of projecting still slide imagery. The delivered products in no way or form matched the order submitted July 15th, eleven days ago. Additionally, the original Holographic projectors ordered were intended as birthday gifts but Litlamp's blunder ruined that for me as well. All I am left is the headache of having to have the wrong units returned and replaced or demanding a refund if a replacement is not possible. This was utterly needless.

I am extremely disappointed with my order and believe your product was falsely advertised. The projector I received looks nothing like what was shown in your advertisements. I specifically purchased it because it was advertised as having a realistic, interactive ocean scene. The product I received does not have the advertised ocean scene and is completely different from what was represented. See pictures below. You state it is a compact "USB Galaxy Projector with smart network sync technology” yet I am sent a $1 item I can purchase at Dollar Tree which is a “Starry Night Light” for $43. In addition, my order took nearly three weeks to arrive, which was far longer than expected. Because the product does not match the advertised description, I am requesting a full refund, including the original shipping costs, and I expect you to provide a prepaid return shipping label at your expense. I should not be responsible for paying to return an item that was misrepresented. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will pursue other remedies, including disputing the charge with my credit card company and filing complaints with the appropriate consumer protection agencies for false or misleading advertising. Please respond within 5 business days with instructions for returning the product and confirmation that I will receive a full refund, including prepaid return shipping.
Send the products I paid for. I know I was cheated! That’s not right! It took some time for products to arrive and I know what I ordered!

Picture slide was only stars.....I expected and ordered the ocean with sea life. Images given did not sharpen up very well (yes I adjusted the wheel numerous times). Light was not very bright and did not show all across the room or ceiling (as the Ad shows). Low quality.....
it’s nothing like the advertiser. I only got slides of space no aquatic like was in the ad. There was no movement. It was a beat switch rip off.

You cannot improve the product but you can be honest in your advertising. The ads and marketing of this product depict a product that is not at all what I received. The advertising is very deceptive.
