Canceling orders - You can cancel your order within 24 hours or longer if the order has not been shipped yet.
Damage on Arrival - If your order is damaged on arrival, you can send proof to our support team via image or video to receive a reshipment or full refund.
Faulty & Defective products - If your product is defective on arrival, we will replace it for no cost to the customer! We just need pictures or proof that the order is faulty and we will replace the order free of charge.
Please note that you will be responsible for any and all return shipping costs. You will not be responsible for return shipping costs if the item you are returning is damaged.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
After inspection your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 3 - 5 business days.
