Order does not arrive 

If your order does not arrive, you can contact us at and we will get a reshipment sent out asap.

Order is damaged on arrival

If your order is damaged on arrival, Contact us at and send us pictures and video as proof and we will send out reshipment or refund.

Faulty Products

If your products are faulty or defective contact us at and send us pictures and video as proof and we will send out a reshipment or refund.

  • Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange unless your product is defective or damaged as we offer a 2 year warranty.
  • You must specify the reason for return / exchange in an email with our customer service rep at - All returns will be inspected and processed by our customer service team.
  • The item must be in its original packaging, this includes all accompanying screws and fittings that were included in the order.
  • While we do our best to ensure that you have an amazing experience with LitLamp, we understand sometimes things don't quite work out. We are 100% commited to ensuring your satisfaction with your order.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

When it comes to refunds, you have two options:

Cash Refund

We offer 100% cash refunds for any/all item(s) in your order. Your refund will be processed to whatever payment method you used when placing your order.


Store Credit

  • We offer store credit equivalent to any and all item(s) in your order.
  • Please note that you will be responsible for any and all return shipping costs. You will not be responsible for return shipping costs if the item you are returning is damaged.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. 
  • After inspection your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 3 - 5 business days.
